Millward Brown wanted a brand new creative HR campaign that would differentiate them from their competitors and attract the very best caliber of candidates.
They wanted a campaign that would specifically focus on graduates and present Millward Brown as a leading place to work, in terms of personal development and progression whilst also re-emphasizing to internal staff the benefits of working for the company. Millward Brown wanted the creative theme to portray their main employee value ‘brave and resourceful’. Rok were commissioned to design and produce a complete creative campaign to promote their graduate recruitment programme. Rok designed a concept that was fresh, unique and flexible working across all online and offline campaign materials. Materials produced included roller banners, folders, an application form, posters and a wiro-bound graduate pack all following the creative concept that was dynamic and visually appealing to the target audience. Rok also delivered offline adverts in the National Press, Prospects directory and Real World Magazine, as well as University publications and industry relevant magazines, which promoted and drove Millward Brown’s graduate recruitment programme.
The programme was a huge success with Millward Brown receiving a generous amount of enquiries from qualified candidates.
