Objective
To provide a single port of call for each of Millward Browns client service team providing all they need to know about how MB solutions can help their clients address business issues in a particular area.
Solution
Rok devised the Millward Brown toolkits as a practical, efficient and quirky way for Millward Brown’s client service team to engage with their products and encourage greater buy in from clients. The concept was devised for two reasons - firstly to help drive sales and secondly to help drive efficiencies in the system.
Rok sourced a more tangible solution in the shape of a funky looking box file that replicated a toolbox and housed all the necessary toolkit information in a logical and easy to use colour coded system. The box itself was clearly branded to indicate which toolkit it represented from the series. Utilising the jumping man (which we designed for the client engagement model) we created two labels that fitted the box perfectly. The front clearly indicates the name of the toolkit and the reverse highlights the content of the kit represented by a series of graphic icons for each area, labelled 'Whats in the box?. The icons follow through onto the purpose made files that house the content inside the box, increasing usability and engagement with the user. The designs also flow through the flash navigation system used in Sharepoint to help navigate the content.
Result
Internal clients knew where to find the latest and best thinking MB Europe had on Monitoring and Evaluating brand performance for financial success. They engaged with the toolkit, embraced its contents and rolled it out in their respective countries.
