LAUNCHING SIMPANA 9 BEST OF BREED IN DATA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Objective

To deliver a campaign to launch Simpana 9. Commvault needed to communicate effectively why existing customers should upgrade, attract new prospects and illustrate its new features and benefits.

Solution

Rok’s brief was to create a campaign that would create buy in and raise brand awareness of Commvault and Simpana 9. Although the campaign was commissioned centrally it needed to generate buy in at a local level, across Europe, the Middle East and Asia (EMEA) therefore the theme we created needed to translate across all markets giving a consistent message. Rok developed a fully integrated campaign, which comprised materials that delivered a consistent message ‘For the best choice in data management only Commvault has the solution’. The theme derived from the flexibility that Simpana 9 offered the customer; in essence they could pick and choose a solution, which would easily adapt to their own business preference. Using individual branded m&m’s, each colour representing a key solution belonging to Simpana 9.

The freedom to choose your own solution was depicted in an array of deliverables including providing the real thing - individually branded and handed out as give aways! The eye-catching colours of the sweets and the simplicity of the graphic really enabled the message to stand out and translated perfectly across 5 languages.

Deliverables included: Direct Mail, Pull-ups, E-flyers, web banners, promotional giveaways, CD-roms and an exhibition stand at SNW, Frankfurt.
