Solihull Community Housing Annual Report 2004/05
Solihull Community Housing is an ALMO set up in 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. We developed the first Annual Report based around the theme 'delivering excellent services' which focused on publishing extracts of financial and performance information and showcasing their services and initiatives. The document was also to be used as a tool to market various services to other companies or organisations.
The design utilised the colours from the branding to deliver an Annual Report that was modern and clean. Strong images of tenants and SCH employees in situ were blended with key aims, values and facts to showcase their various services and initiatives to the audience.
