Objective

To design and build a graduate recruitment website and a fully integrated online campaign to attract applications from top candidates.

Solution

Rok created and built the website with a high impact design that captured E2V’s groundbreaking and innovative work and the scope of opportunity for the brightest of graduates. Rok provided an integrated campaign involving offline, digital and social media: an essential for their target audience. Banner adverts, web leaderboards, Twitter and Facebook accounts, an offline and online media campaign in The Engineer and Milkround were able to maximise exposure to their target audience

Results

The graduate recruitment website went live on March 31st and had almost 3000 visits in the first 2 months.. The Milkround banner ad drove traffic to the website from direct referral from Milkround, increasing referral traffic by 180%. Following the advert in The Engineer magazine, traffic to the website increased by 240%. With over 280 applicants in a little under two months, 70 of which have been approved by E2V, the integrated strategy and engaging creative is a proven success.
