Objective
To design and build a complete digital campaign for PCDG that would stretch across all of their event campaigns at a local, national and pub specific level.
Solution
Rok built and produced a fully-integrated
e-marketing campaign for new pub
launches, including a microsite and introduction e-flyer, through to a full site
and opening announcement e-flyer. With rok’s online expertise and complete
understanding of the PCDG offer and brand, each e-flyer has been devised to
promote their menu offers, party nights and drinks vouchers; all driving traffic to the
online pub website and footfall to the pub itself.
Each e-flyer is complete with voucher mechanisms and click through to a third-party online booking system.
Campaigns such as Valentines and Prix Fixe were broadcasted to all pubs; whilst
bespoke campaigns such a personalized Birthday e-flyer or Jazz Nights
e-flyers were tailored to a specific pubs or data. As a continual method to test the effectiveness of the campaigns Rok also carries out A/B testing to ensure the best.
Results
Rok have helped PCDG reach a wider audience with each campaign producing an average growth of 12% of email subscribers. During 2011 the campaigns delivered by Rok achieved an average click through rate of 17%.
